Tropic Skincare, a UK-based leader in ethical and natural beauty, has joined forces with Revieve, an AI-powered digital experience pioneer, to launch a cutting-edge Online Skincare Analysis tool. This partnership brings together sustainability, advanced technology, and tailored skincare solutions to revolutionise how customers approach beauty routines.

    Elevating Ethical Beauty with Innovation

Tropic Skincare, founded by entrepreneur Susie Ma, has grown from a modest homemade body scrub to one of the fastest-expanding beauty brands in the UK. Known for sourcing botanicals sustainably from tropical regions and blending them with advanced scientific methods, the brand’s products are fresh, natural, and clinically effective. Tropic’s ‘Beauty Kitchen’ in Surrey produces its range daily, ensuring quality and freshness for every product. Customers can shop directly online or through an extensive network of over 20,000 dedicated Ambassadors.

    Personalised Skincare with AI Precision

The newly launched AI Skincare Quiz, available on Tropic Skincare’s website, simplifies the process of choosing skincare products. Powered by Revieve’s Digital Skincare Advisor, the tool uses advanced AI and proprietary computer vision technology to assess over 120 skin metrics. Customers simply upload a selfie, answer a short quiz, and receive a tailored skincare analysis. The tool identifies key skin concerns, such as dryness, sensitivity, or dullness, and provides personalised product recommendations.

Once the analysis is complete, customers can purchase their recommended products immediately or share the results with their Tropic Ambassador for further guidance. The integration ensures that customers have access to scientifically backed, bespoke advice tailored to their unique skincare needs.

    Addressing Complexity in Beauty

“With so many options and often conflicting advice, finding the right skincare products can be overwhelming,” said Megan Anwyl, Tropic Skincare’s Ecommerce Manager.  Our AI Skincare Quiz provides tailored recommendations, simplifying the process of building an effective and personalised skincare routine. Feedback has been incredibly positive, and we’re thrilled about the potential of this innovation.”

    Aligning Technology with Ethics

Revieve’s commitment to enhancing beauty through technology aligns perfectly with Tropic’s ethos of sustainability and natural skincare. Sampo Parkkinen, CEO of Revieve, highlighted the significance of this collaboration: “We are thrilled to collaborate with Tropic Skincare, a brand that shares our commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences. By combining our AI-powered skincare advisor with Tropic’s ethical approach, we’re delivering a powerful, personalised solution for customers.”

    Simplifying Skincare Choices

The beauty industry often overwhelms consumers with choices, leading to confusion about what works best. Tropic’s AI Skincare Quiz removes this complexity, ensuring customers can confidently invest in products tailored to their individual goals. Beyond personalisation, the recommendations are free from harmful chemicals and uphold the brand’s commitment to natural, ethical beauty.

This innovative approach not only improves user satisfaction but also ensures that every customer receives products designed for their specific skin type and concerns.

The Future of Ethical, AI-Driven Skincare

Tropic Skincare and Revieve’s partnership sets a new benchmark in the beauty industry by combining sustainability, personalisation, and advanced technology. As Tropic continues to lead in ethical beauty, this digital experience marks a pivotal step in enhancing customer confidence and satisfaction.
