XCMG Crane has started 2025 with a series of significant international deliveries, reinforcing its growing presence in the global market. With a strong focus on sustainability, innovation, and aftermarket services, the company continues to lead in the heavy machinery sector by providing advanced lifting solutions to meet evolving industry demands. By integrating cutting-edge technology, eco-friendly engineering, and a robust global service network, XCMG aims to set new standards in the construction and infrastructure sectors worldwide.

Major International Deliveries Mark a Strong Start

On 7 January, XCMG successfully delivered customised crane equipment valued at over 10 million yuan to international markets. This milestone reflects the company’s robust global strategy and ongoing commitment to providing high-quality, tailor-made solutions for diverse industries. The shipment underscores XCMG’s ability to meet the demands of infrastructure projects worldwide, offering machinery designed for efficiency, durability, and sustainability.

In conjunction with this major shipment, XCMG launched XCMG TrueCare, a comprehensive global service initiative aimed at enhancing customer experience and equipment performance. The programme is designed to provide end-to-end support for clients, ensuring long-term reliability and safety in crane operations.

“Introducing XCMG TrueCare marks a key milestone in our Guardian of Lifting Safety campaign,” stated Sun Jianzhong, Vice President of XCMG Machinery and General Manager of the Hoisting Machinery Division. This programme integrates pre-operation diagnostics, efficient troubleshooting, strict safety regulation analysis, targeted training, and responsive customer feedback services, ensuring world-class support for our partners.

Advancing the Aftermarket Strategy with Re-Manufactured Cranes

On 10 February, XCMG celebrated a milestone in its international aftermarket strategy with the delivery of a batch of high-quality re-manufactured cranes. This move reinforces XCMG’s commitment to sustainability and lifecycle management, extending the operational efficiency of its equipment while reducing environmental impact.

Among the models delivered were the:

    • XCA500BR8 – A high-capacity crane designed for demanding construction projects.
    • XCA260C – A versatile model catering to mid-scale lifting operations.
    • XCA200L8 – A reliable crane offering enhanced safety and performance features.

The re-manufacturing initiative aligns with XCMG’s long-term vision of reducing waste and promoting a circular economy, ensuring equipment longevity through advanced refurbishment processes. By investing in high-quality remanufacturing, XCMG not only provides cost-effective solutions to clients but also significantly reduces environmental impact.

    Expanding Eco-Friendly Crane Solutions Worldwide

On 11 February, XCMG dispatched a large fleet of state-of-the-art cranes to international markets, including truck-mounted, all-terrain, and hybrid electric models. These cranes incorporate cutting-edge technology and eco-friendly features, addressing the growing demand for sustainable construction equipment.

Notable highlights from this shipment include:

    • XCA60_EV Hybrid Crane – A fully electric model equipped with regenerative charging technology, ensuring zero emissions while maintaining speed and efficiency. This model has been widely recognised for its contribution to low-carbon construction projects.
    • XCA250_K & XCA70_K All-Terrain Cranes – Designed for the Southeast Asian market, these cranes feature intelligent boom technology, significantly improving lifting efficiency and operational safety. With their advanced engineering, they provide enhanced manoeuvrability and stability, making them ideal for complex job sites.

XCMG’s expansion into hybrid and fully electric cranes reflects the company’s forward-thinking approach, catering to industry trends while reducing reliance on fossil fuels.

Commitment to a Circular Economy and Green Development

As the demand for cost-effective and environmentally friendly construction solutions rises, XCMG is at the forefront of the industry’s transformation. The company has embraced a circular business model, integrating manufacturing, aftermarket services, and recycling to maximise efficiency and extend the lifespan of its equipment.

By implementing green principles across its operations, XCMG ensures full lifecycle support for its machinery while maintaining its reputation as a trusted global partner. The company’s efforts in sustainable manufacturing, energy-efficient technology, and customer-centric services reaffirm its leadership in the industry.

Through strategic investments in sustainable technology, advanced services, and eco-friendly solutions, XCMG continues to lead the heavy machinery industry into a new era of responsible growth and global innovation. The company’s vision for the future is clear: to develop lifting solutions that are not only powerful and reliable but also environmentally responsible and aligned with global sustainability goals.
