A revolutionary financial management programme is set to shake up the hospitality industry as Profit First Hospitality officially launches at the Northern Restaurant & Bar (NRB) Show on March 11-12, 2025. This game-changing platform is designed to help hospitality businesses take control of their finances, prioritise profit, and build sustainable success.

A New Approach to Hospitality Finance

Developed by a team of seasoned industry experts, Profit First Hospitality is the brainchild of Kieron Bailey (People on Purpose), Louise Kissack (Spaghetti Group & Liverpool Food Network), and Gareth Evans (Evans & Co Hospitality Accountants). Together, they bring decades of experience across business coaching, brand strategy, and hospitality finance to deliver a solution tailored specifically for hospitality businesses.

Built on the globally recognised Profit First methodology, the programme turns traditional financial management on its head by ensuring businesses prioritise profit from day one. Rather than focusing on revenue first and hoping for profit later, the approach ensures sustainable growth by structuring financial systems to make businesses profitable immediately.

    Industry Experts Driving Change

Profit First Hospitality brings together a team with deep industry knowledge:

    • Gareth Evans, a former chef turned hospitality accountant, understands the daily struggles of business owners and helps them achieve financial clarity and success. His firm, Evans & Co, has already supported over 60 independent hospitality businesses, including Ma Pubs Group and Cardinal Rule, in optimising operations and improving profitability.
    • Kieron Bailey, a seasoned business coach, has worked with global brands such as Hard Rock Café and Wagamama to drive business growth and improve people development.
    • Louise Kissack, a strategic leader with nearly 20 years of experience at McDonald’s and Costa Coffee, is an expert in brand expansion and business strategy.

A Profit-First Mindset in Just One Week

One of the programme’s most compelling features is its ability to make any hospitality business profitable in just one week.

“This is far more than just another finance course,” said Gareth Evans, founder of Profit First Hospitality. We’re giving hospitality businesses a proven system that simplifies financial admin, increases revenue, and delivers long-term profitability. We’ve already helped businesses stop operating on razor-thin margins now we’re making these strategies available to everyone.

Participants in the programme will gain:

    • Tailored Profit First strategies designed specifically for hospitality businesses.
    • Marketing, menu engineering, and brand culture insights to maximise revenue.
    • Exclusive virtual clinics and drop-in sessions with expert coaches.
    • Proven tools and techniques to cut financial admin and increase profits.

    Official Launch at NRB 2025

Profit First Hospitality will launch at Stand 43 at NRB 2025 in Manchester. Visitors will have the opportunity to meet the team, explore the programme, and discover how to take their hospitality business finances to the next level.

Attendees can also participate in live demonstrations and hear real-life case studies from hospitality business owners who have already benefited from the programme. The team will be available to answer questions, provide practical insights, and guide businesses on how they can implement Profit First principles effectively.

“If increasing your own earnings always takes a backseat, we’ll help you change that,” said Louise Kissack.  With over 70 years of combined hospitality experience, we understand the challenges of this industry. Now, more than ever, hospitality businesses need to prioritise profitability.
