    The Young V&A wins the prestigious Art Fund Museum of the Year 2024, which is recognized as the world’s largest museum prize.

    Young V&A dedicates itself to inspiring children up to 14 years old through engaging exhibits and activities.

    The museum’s redesign was co-created with young people, making it a unique space that truly caters to their interests and needs.

    The museum’s redesign focuses on three permanent galleries: Play, Imagine, and Design.

    These spaces are filled with interactive exhibits and activities, including sensory playscapes and a performance stage, all designed to foster creativity and inspire young minds.

    The Young V&A’s success in winning this award highlights its commitment to creating an engaging, inclusive environment that places children at the heart of its mission.

    Young V&A offers various hands-on activities, including:

    • Sensory playscapes
    • A finger skateboard park
    • An Imagination Playground construction zone
    • A performance and storytelling stage
    • An open design studio for creative projects

    • Opening Hours: Daily from 10:00 to 17:45 (galleries close at 17:00).
    • Admission: Free, although some special exhibitions may have a fee.
